In July 2021, Lumine Group acquired\u00a0Ubersmith<\/a>, a leader in subscription business management for the cloud. Ubersmith provides billing, infrastructure, and ticketing solutions that are open, scalable, and integrated.<\/p>\n

Ubersmith was acquired as a carve-out from INAP,\u00a0\u00a0a global provider of hybrid infrastructure serving the enterprise and digital innovators of tomorrow. In their search to find the right home for Ubersmith, INAP enlisted the financial advisory support of Alantra, an international financial services firm. Together, INAP and Alantra found the right home for Ubersmith at Lumine Group, completing a smooth and successful transaction.<\/p>\n
