In January 2020,\u00a0Kim Craven\u00a0sold his company,\u00a0Lifecycle Software<\/a>, to Lumine Group. Typical to many transactions, the purchase agreement included an earn-out for Kim. In this video, Kim shares insight into the success of the earn-out so far as a result of the success the company and its people have seen since joining Lumine. We also hear from\u00a0Tony Garcia<\/a>, Group President at Lumine Group, who oversees Lifecycle and worked with Kim closely during the transaction and post-acquisition integration process to ensure Kim\u2019s earn-out was recognized. Since the acquisition, Kim has retired from Lifecycle and is proud to see the company\u2019s continuous growth.<\/p>\n
