The focus of this event was bringing together leaders from Prima Solutions, a provider of cloud-based software and services for insurance companies in France, to share experiences and discuss ways to implement Lumine\u2019s proven success case studies in their businesses. Prima Solutions is a newly acquired company by Total Specific Solutions, a subsidiary of Topicus.com (TSXV:TOI).<\/p>\n
The Lumine Playbook provides the principles and tools to help businesses work more effectively together, and establish a shared understanding of business functions, goals, and execution strategies. The framework includes topics such as Business Modelling, Professional Services, Managed Services & Recurring Revenues, Marketing, and Insights Driven Sales.<\/p>\n
